Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days for metro cities, 4–7 days for other locations, and 5–10 days for remote areas. Shipping charges, if applicable, appear at checkout. Tracking details are shared after dispatch. Multiple delivery attempts may be made.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 3 calendar days of delivery for unused, unworn products with original packaging, invoice and accessories intact, subject to La’Moh approval. A ₹100 return processing and reverse-logistics fee applies; shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. Damaged, wrong or defective items must be reported within 24 hours with an unboxing video and clear images.
